Jim built Trim-Rite from the ground up, building it one customer & one load at a time. He grew the company through hard work, steady leadership & a strong understanding of the market.
After years of traveling, visiting plants & research around the globe, Jim found the right opportunity in Rantoul. He purchased the facility and redesigned it to improve flow, efficiency & quality.
Jim continues to lead with a hands-on approach, focused on doing things the right way and building long-term relationships.

Over the years, Susan has made meaningful improvements to our systems, helping the company stay organized & prepared for growth. She takes pride in doing things the right way and making sure every detail is handled carefully.
