We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us for this year’s outing. Your generous support makes it possible for us to host our Company Scholarship & Community Fund year after year. Thanks to you, our employees have the chance to support their children in pursuing higher education—and together, we’re also able to give back to the communities that have given us so much. We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did. Thank you again for being a part of it!

SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS

This year’s winner of the $1,000 scholarship, repeated over four years is Alejandra Guerrero, daughter of Trim-Rite’s Alfonso Guerrero & niece of Eric and Amparo Guerrero. Alejandra recently graduated high school this May with a 3.7 GPA. Throughout her high school career, she was actively involved in varsity tennis and dance, while also participating in the business club DECA. Outside of school, Alejandra is passionate about martial arts and is proud to have earned her 2nd degree black belt. This fall, she will be attending Elgin Community College to pursue a degree in Business and Marketing. She is grateful for this opportunity and excited for what lies ahead.

Repeat Winners: Raul Lopez, Osmar Baltazar, Brianna Niles, Guadalupe Sarmiento

Giving Back to the Communities That Mean So Much to Us

In addition to awarding scholarships, we take great pride in giving back to the communities of Rantoul and Carpentersville. Thanks to the generous contributions from last year’s golf outing, we were able to fund one new scholarship and renew four existing ones for deserving students.

Your support also allowed us to continue our commitment to local organizations and events, including monetary donations to both the FISH Food Pantry and the Rantoul Food Pantry, along with ongoing monthly tenderloin donations to help stock their shelves.

We proudly upheld our tradition of purchasing official green FFA jackets for all new Rantoul High School FFA Club members, ensuring they feel recognized and supported as they begin their journey in agricultural leadership.

Other community donations made possible this year include:

  • Providing pork butts and ribs for the Rantoul High School Football Banquet

  • Supplying tenders for the Rantoul Community Church Dinner

  • Donating tenders for the annual Rantoul Spring Fling Event

  • Supplying tenders to Gifford State Bank to be distributed to five local food pantries

  • Donating pork butts for a special event hosted by the Rantoul Police Department

We are so grateful for the continued generosity that makes all of this possible. Together, we are making a meaningful difference.
